Leave of Absence
Leave of Absence (LOA) places a student's program "on hold" for a period of three months. During this period of time, all financial and all academic obligations are suspended until the LOA period expires or the student notifies the University about resuming his/her study. Leave of Absence will only be granted on the basis of extenuating circumstances, such as illness, accident, prolonged hospital stay, death of immediate family member, etc. Request for LOA must be made in writing, and a fee will be charged.
