Academic Honesty
ACU students are expected to be honest in their deeds and intentions towards achieving their academic qualification.
Academic misconduct includes the followings:
- Cheating on examinations.
- Plagiarism of written work which is used to satisfy the academic requirements of any course or activity of the University.
- Submission of written work to satisfy the academic requirements of any course or activity when such work (or a significant portion thereof) has also been submitted to satisfy the academic requirements of any other course at another institution.
- Provide false academic or academic related information to the institution.
- Obtaining or gaining unauthorized access to examinations or grades.
- Any other misconduct which gives the offending student unfair academic advantage over other students.
Penalties for academic misconduct may result in withdrawal of credits, failure, or dismissal from the program.
